Desktop Lux includes a screensaver (Any Video Screensaver), which allows you to play absolutely any video files. It is installed on the system when you install Desktop Lux. To use it, select it from the list of installed screensavers (Desktop Lux > Screen Saver).
You can use video files of any format, for playback (decoding) of which the corresponding video codecs are registered (installed) in your system or separately in Windows Media Player. If Any Video Screensaver cannot play any video file, most likely your system does not have a suitable codec and you need to install it. For these purposes, there are sets of the most popular codecs for playing most video and audio formats, for example, K-Lite Codec Pack.
You can choose one of two ways (video engines) to play video: Windows Media Player (default) or Media Control Interface.
In the screensaver settings, when you click on the "Find Videos" button, the section of the Desktop Lux website opens, where you can find many beautiful videos to use as a screensaver, and download them to your computer for free.
